The product quality
In stores, you can find the standard Wera range of
products. In the Tool Rebel
store you can find real fan tools, with items and sets exclusively for real
Tool Rebels, that can’t be purchased elsewhere.
Here in the shop we use the same materials as we do for the standard Wera tools on www.wera.de.
Of course we comply with all applicable laws and
standards. The products are particularly durable and thus avoid an increase in
mountains of rubbish. The packaging is reusable, for example to store tools
that you need for an application. The inlays can be used as a storage place for small parts.
All statutory warranty regulations apply.
However, we are also very accommodating. If something doesn't work as it should, we'll find a solution.
No. In the Tool Rebel Shop we only offer special fan products.

If you ordered as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation by email after ordering. All your ordered items are listed there. You will also be informed by email about further steps such as dispatch of the goods.
Unfortunately, an update in our shop is not possible without a direct customer account.
If you create a customer account or you have already logged in and are placing an order, you can view the status of your order at any time under “My orders”.

If you have created a customer account with us, you can view all your orders in the order history at any time. All you have to do is log in.
A typo in the delivery address? That happens to everyone, of course.
As the order is processed directly and your data is transmitted immediately to the dispatch warehouse, we unfortunately only have a very small time window of approx. 30 minutes to adjust the address.
Therefore, it is best to contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your amendment and your order number.
If you have already received a tracking number from DHL, we can no longer intervene unfortunately.
However, you have the option, by using the DHL tracking link, to enter your desired location later and thus reroute your package to the correct address.
Unfortunately, our Tool Rebel headquarters do not allow direct pick-up of orders.
