Chats performed are archived and listed chronologically for admins / backend users (with login) in an extra area. Every chat is automatically deleted after 6 months. It can also be deleted manually at any time beforehand.

As soon as the chat is used, we show a message in the chat window. The word “data protection declaration” is linked to the data protection declaration you have requested.
