Shipping

You are probably wondering about how much the shipping costs are!

Standard DHL shipping in Germany: 5,99 Euro
Orders of 100,00 Euro and more are shipped free of charge all over Germany.

Shipping to other countries is: 15,00 Euro

Currently we ship to the following countries:

    • Czech Republic
    • Denmark
    • England (shipping only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, delivery time may be delayed due to customs and import regulations)
    • Finland
    • Germany
    • Hungary
    • Ireland
    • Italy
    • Latvia
    • Lithuania
    • Luxembourg
    • Malta
    • Netherlands
    • Northern Ireland
    • Poland
    • Portugal (excl. Madeira)
    • Scotland (shipping only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, delivery time may be delayed due to customs and import regulations)
    • Slovenia
    • Spain
    • Sweden
    • Switzerland (shipping only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, delivery time may be delayed due to customs and import regulations)
    • Wales (shipping only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, delivery time may be delayed due to customs and import regulations)

      Delivery to France is no longer possible due to changed regulations.

      There are no customs duties for delivery within Germany.

      Unfortunately, we do not offer express delivery.

      We do not offer the option for pickup by the customer. 

      Unfortunately, shipping to more countries is currently not possible. We are working on expanding the delivery radius throughout Europe.

      The delivery period for deliveries within Germany is indicated on the respective offer page. For all payment methods, the period begins one day after the order.

      If the start or end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the deadline shall be postponed to the following working day.

      Payment

      Currently the following means of payment are accepted and offered:

      VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Rechnung, Paypal, Shop Pay.


      There are no additional costs for the customer.

      Please note that, unfortunately due to technical reasons, it is not possible to specify different shipping or billing addresses when paying with PayPal. If you require a different shipping or billing address, please send an email to mail@toolrebels.de after placing your order and include your order number.

       

      Discounts and promotions

      The codes for discounts and promotions are usually not combinable with each other.
